What kind of breast implants are better? Saline or Silicone? Which has less complications & procedure is best?
A friend of mine has just signed up on a website called myfreeimplants.com where guys contribute money & donations for girls to get breast implants that they wanted. My friend wanted to know which were better, silicone or saline & which has less complications. Also which procedure of surgery is better? They have the options of going through the navel, under the armpit, the breast, nipple, & over the muscle & under the muscle. She cant afford a consultation w/ a doctor yet so just wondering from people that knew or based on experience...thanks!!

I believe saline over the muscle is the best. Thats what mine are and I couldnt be happier with the results. The saline is not toxic. Over the muscle is the way to go because if it were under the muscle, it can break easier if you happen to get a muscle spasm (usually from heavy lifting). There are lots of options on how they insert the implants. Some surgeons only have one way. For mine, they made an incision under my boob and six months later, i can barely see the scars. Most importantly, make sure your surgeon is legit with good credentials and not a butcher. A good surgeon helps you decide what size is right for your proportions. Dont be afraid to ask him/her questions. Good luck!
